Job Title: Association Accountant
Overview: Aligned Solutions is seeking an Association Accountant for a well respected company. Responsible for preparing monthly financial statements for homeowner and condo associations. Duties include bank reconciliations, account analysis, variance reporting, and supporting balance sheet schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and process invoices
Prepare monthly financial statements with supporting schedules
Perform bank reconciliations and journal entries
Maintain prepaid, accrued, and insurance schedules
Analyze subsidiary ledgers for accuracy
Coordinate with board members, property managers, and internal teams
Complete special accounting projects as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, including full-cycle financials
Strong communication and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; accounting software experience a plus
Additional Requirements:
Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 5 lbs
Strong typing and computer skills
English required; additional languages a plus
Occasional site visits may be required
