• Fine dining or Michelin experience is a plus but not required
Castell’s is a serious dining room with high standards and a fast rhythm. Bussers are essential to keeping the room polished and moving.
Responsibilities• Clear and reset tables efficiently
• Maintain water service and guest awareness
• Keep stations clean, stocked, and organized
• Support servers, runners, and captains throughout service
• Help maintain the overall flow and standard of the room
