The role:
As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will lead our client’s established pre-engineered metal building company to new heights. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of leadership acumen, industry expertise, manufacturing proficiency, financial acuity, and strategic vision. As the CEO, you will be responsible for driving growth, enhancing operational efficiencies, fostering innovation, and ensuring the overall success of the organization.

Qualifications:
· Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in the pre-engineered metal building industry, with a proven track record of leadership and achievement.
· Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and experience in optimizing manufacturing operations.
· Financial acumen, with experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning including capital projects, mergers, and/or acquisitions.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
· Experience in coaching and mentoring teams to achieve their full potential.
· Familiarity with metal building systems (MBS) and a commitment to delivering innovative solutions.
· A strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth and success.
