Job DescriptionOur client, a fashion software company, is looking for a freelance Growth Marketing Manager to join their team. This is a fully remote role that will be 40 hours a week for a minimum of 3 months. Responsibilities: Strategy & Leadership: Develop marketing plans aligned with company goals; own KPIs and ROI reporting. Demand Generation: Run multi-channel campaigns (email, paid, SEO, social, webinars, ABM); manage lead lifecycle and optimize pipeline. Product & Customer Marketing: Define positioning and go-to-market strategies; create sales enablement tools and customer advocacy programs. Brand & Content: Maintain brand consistency; produce blogs, whitepapers, videos, and social content; oversee design assets.Events: Plan and execute webinars and small in-person events; partner with Sales for lead generation. Operations & Analytics: Manage marketing tech stack; analyze performance; ensure data integrity and actionable reporting.
