Position Overview:
We are seeking a CMM Inspection Engineer to join our laboratory team for a long-term, full-time position . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zeiss Prismo CMM systems and Mahr 828i CNC length measuring instruments , and be able to perform accurate dimensional inspection for precision parts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and program Zeiss Prismo CMM machines using Calypso software for part verification and analysis.
• Perform precision measurement using Mahr length measurement instruments , comparators, and other metrology tools.
• Analyze results, prepare detailed inspection reports, and ensure compliance with GD&T and customer specifications.
• Calibrate, set up, and maintain CMM and other lab equipment.
• Support internal quality and engineering teams with dimensional verification.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience operating Zeiss CMM machines (Calypso experience required).
• Experience with Mahr or other precision measuring systems .
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and precision machining tolerances.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and CAD models.
• High sense of responsibility, accuracy, and teamwork.
