Picture this: a short-run order lands on your bench in the morning. You review the print, choose tooling, set offsets on a Doosan VMC, and dial in cutter comp. A clean first-article passes inspection. While the run finishes, you prep stock on the band saw and deburr parts—keeping the flow steady. That’s a typical day here.

How You’ll Contribute

• Operate and care for CNC mills and lathes (Doosan and Fadal) driven by Fanuc controls, from setup through final inspection.
• Translate blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders into an efficient machining plan.
• Perform first-article and in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precise measuring tools.
• Juggle multiple machines when appropriate; deburr and saw material to support throughput.
• Maintain a tidy, safe workstation compliant with health and safety procedures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet quick-turn timelines and quality goals.

Tools, Machines, and Tech

• CNC Mill (3–4 axis VMC): Fanuc, Doosan
• CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC): Fanuc, Haas
• Manual mills and lathes when needed
• Automatic band saws, general shop tools, and inspection equipment

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• 2+ years of CNC machining experience or closely related manufacturing work.
• Demonstrated skill on mills and lathes; Doosan and Fadal experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with G and M codes and Fanuc controls.
• Strong shop math, machining principles, and the ability to self-check quality.
• Detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and committed to continuous improvement.
