Support a Child’s Growth in Their Own Home

At Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) , our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy that helps children with autism develop communication, social, and independence skills.

We’re seeking a dependable, compassionate RBT to provide in-home ABA therapy for a client located in zip code 21218 (Baltimore, MD) . This is a part-time position with consistent weekday hours from 4:00 PM–8:00 PM.

Position Details

• Location: Baltimore, MD (in-home client, zip code 21218)
  
• Setting: In-home ABA therapy
  
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–8:00 PM (part-time, under 30 hours per week)
  
• Employment Type: Part-time
  
• Reports To: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  
• Compensation: $22.00–$26.00/hr (based on experience & certification)
  

What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the client’s home environment
  
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior plans under BCBA supervision
  
• Collect and record session data accurately using digital tools
  
• Encourage development of communication, social, and daily living skills
  
• Collaborate with the supervising BCBA and family to promote progress
  

Who You Are

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in good standing (required)
  
• Passionate about helping children with autism achieve independence and confidence
  
• Reliable, patient, and professional
  
• Comfortable working independently in an in-home environment
  
• Available for consistent weekday afternoon/evening sessions (4–8 PM)
  

Qualifications

Required:

• Active RBT certification
  
• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  
• Ability to complete required background checks
  

Preferred:

• Experience providing ABA therapy in home or community settings
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
