Our Client, a commercial contractor who performs construction repairs across the DC/Baltimore metro areas, seeks an organized and energized team-player for a Production Manager/Superintendent position.

Overview

The Production Manager is responsible for the successful, safe, and profitable execution of jobs, while maintaining strong customer relationships through highly responsive service, reliability, and quality projects. Typical projects include masonry and concrete repairs, foundation waterproofing, caulking and wet glazing.

Qualifications

* 10 years' industry experience in field operations
* Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
* Computer literacy in Outlook (Excel and Word preferred, but not required)
* Fluency in English and Spanish (Required)

* Proactive problem-solving abilities
* Superior interpersonal and leadership skills
* Organized, able to multi-task, high level of attention to detail
