As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll support HID’s success by:

  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and tailor sourcing strategies to meet hiring demands
  • Leading intake meetings to align role requirements, team dynamics, and candidate profiles.
  • Using market insights to guide hiring strategies and anticipate challenges.
  • Proactively sourcing and screening candidates to ensure alignment with role expectations.
  • Leveraging sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, etc.) to attract diverse talent.
  • Supporting employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.
  • Collaborating with TA Coordinators and HR Partners to ensure smooth candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Maintaining accurate requisition data and monitor personal KPIs.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders (Compensation, Mobility, Immigration) to ensure seamless hiring.
  • Contributing to TA and broader HR projects and process improvements.

Your Experience and Background include:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. Candidates without a degree will be considered with at least 7 years of relevant years of experience in proactive, full-cycle recruiting.
  • 5+ years of proactive, full-cycle talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment — ideally within technology or engineering industries; or 3+ years in a corporate in-house recruiting role combined with 2+ years of agency professional recruiting experience.
  • Proven ability to source and fill mid- to senior-level roles within sales/technical/engineering functions.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, capable of managing a high requisition volume without compromising on candidate quality or stakeholder experience.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management capability — responsive, proactive, and collaborative, with clear and consistent communication.
