Looking for Technical delivery manager

NEED TO HAVE TCHNICAL DELIVERY MANAGER IN THE CURRENT ROLE

Technical Delivery Manager experience with data conversion, API or native cloud to drive system design is required

We need Technical managers .not Program manager or Senior manager 's that facilitate.

Location- Richmond / McLean VA-Hybrid Need locals only

Project initiative

As Capital one acquired Discoverer there has been a lot of technical integration evaluating which of the 2 organizations has better platform, better capability & better functionality , lot of discussion are ongoing for the best one to be used & what do we need to support to build these 2 organizations .This role involves a lot of data conversion, migration of discover to capital one ecosystem so there will be lot of complexities, dependency mgt so these positions need to have strong TPM competencies.

MUST have

• Having Cloud native experience is needed (Like one stream)
• Having understanding of API
• Delivering complex large scale data conversion complex
• Ability to understand rapidly technical architecture & data design across multiple system
• Agile scrum team with exp on Jira /Confluence
• Identify risk & remove blockers in order to keep the project on track
• Strong technical conversion & fluency
• Able to manage dependency across the board
• Able to have discussion with the architecture team. Product team to quickly ramp up & execute
• Domain knowledge is good
• Good execution mindset is must
• Able to take ownership and working with juggling with lot of stuff is important
• Good process orientation
• Good program management
• Implementing governance skills & framework
• Strong comm & collaboration

Nice to have

• Exp with collection & recoveries
